1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the RLYN Studios website and to orders placed through it. “RLYN”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RLYN STUDIOS (RA0136561-H). By browsing, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order will apply to that order.

2. Products, availability and site information

We aim to present products, colours, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted, and we may correct errors or withdraw a product where reasonably necessary.

3. Placing an order

Before payment, you can review your order details and total. Adding an item to the bag does not reserve it. After submission, we send an acknowledgement by email. This acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order.

An order is accepted when we send a dispatch or shipping confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, details or pricing contain an obvious error, or there is a reasonable concern about fraud.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you complete checkout. Applicable taxes are handled as required by Malaysian law. Payment options available for your order are shown securely at checkout.

If an obvious price error is identified before dispatch, we may cancel the affected order and notify you. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded through the original payment method where practicable.

5. Delivery

Delivery methods, areas, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout. Estimates begin after order acceptance on business days and can be affected by stock checks, payment authorisation, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete and accurate Malaysian delivery address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information or failed delivery attempts.

6. Cancellation, returns and faulty items

To request a cancellation, return, exchange or report a faulty item, contact hello.rlyn@gmail.com promptly with your order number. Eligibility, time limits, item condition and return delivery instructions will be provided with your order or on the relevant returns page.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer law. Items that are returned must be unused, in resaleable condition, and include original tags and packaging unless the item is defective or otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

RLYN names, logo, campaigns, photographs, designs, text and site content are owned by or licensed to RLYN. They may be viewed and used only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, alter or commercially use them without written permission.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another customer’s account, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

8. Liability, links and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, RLYN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. We do not control third-party websites linked from this site and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Malaysia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
