Delivery within Malaysia

RLYN currently delivers within Malaysia only. The delivery charge is shown clearly at checkout after you select your state.

Delivery charges

• Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 for orders below RM250.
• Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan: RM20 for orders below RM250.
• Malaysia orders with a product subtotal of RM250 or above: complimentary shipping.

The applicable rate is calculated automatically at checkout. Any future promotion will state its own terms.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are prepared within up to five business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on your address, courier operations, public holidays and circumstances outside RLYN’s control. Once an order is handed to the courier, tracking details will be provided with your dispatch update.

Address changes

Please check your address carefully before placing an order. If you need help, contact Client Services as soon as possible. We will try to assist before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after a parcel has been prepared or collected by a courier.
